DataLock ("DataLock," "we," "us") provides the DataLock app and service. This explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
The name, email, and optional phone number you enter to scan; your account email and preferences; the results we generate (breaches, listings, your score); and basic device/log data used for security and rate limiting.
To scan breach databases and the open web for your exposure; to verify it's really you before showing results; to provide monitoring and the alerts you opt into; and to operate, secure, and improve the service and process subscriptions.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers under contract: breach-data lookup, web search, email delivery, and payment/app distribution (Apple, Stripe). We may disclose information to comply with law or protect safety.
We keep data while your account is active; you can delete your account and data anytime (we remove monitoring data within 30 days). Depending on where you live (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), you may access, correct, delete, or port your data and opt out of certain processing. Contact support@mydatalock.com.
We encrypt data in transit, restrict access, and apply safeguards. DataLock is for adults (17+); we don't knowingly collect data from children.
